Journaling / 15 to 20 minutes+ 

Writing is a natural path to understanding what’s going on in you and in your life.  Gaining this clearer view, in and of itself (with no other action) is a major possibility for breaking through whatever funk, discouragement, resentment etc. you’re feeling. Set a timer for at least 15 minutes. Please do your mind and feelings a great service; Don’t stop writing until the timer goes off.

  • What I feel today is

  • What I feel about my body is

  • Im frustrated because

  • What I wish I could feel is

  • What I don’t want to feel is

  • What I want is

  • What I don’t want is

  • What I don’t feel is

  • What’s missing for me is

  • What might  or could be missing for me is

  • What I feel about my future is

  • What I feel about my past is

  • Why I love life

  • What might be a good direction for me is

  • What I’m not willing to do is

  • What I’m thankful for

  • What I’m willing to do is

  • What I’m going to do is

Go where any of this takes you, as long as you’re moving gradually toward the last 3 by the last few minutes.
