Some of what we’ll be doing in CGPS will not seem core to your current marital challenges- similar to how waxing cars didn’t seem related to Karate for Danielson. Resist the temptation to skip some of these steps (unless it's noted as "Extra Credit"). Each step is built on the one before it. 

Please trust the process and where these steps are headed. Remember there was a reason that Danielson was waxing cars.
